OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder) is a disorder in which individuals suffer from recurring, focused thoughts, mental images and ideas that can in turn spark repetitive actions that disrupt normal, daily activity. We treat OCD through psychotherapy, medication management and group therapy amongst other services.

While many people assume that ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) only affects children's and adolescents, it is a disorder that can very well continue into adulthood if not treated. Our ADHD regimens include skills groups, registered dietitian consultations and mindful yoga.

It is imperative to reduce long-term and high levels of stress in order to uphold a state of mental, emotional and physical balance. We offer several services for stress reduction such as group therapy, neurotherapy and acupuncture.

Anxiety involves frequent feelings of worry or uneasiness that hinder normal activity. Anxiety can spark panic attacks, nausea and dizziness. We treat anxiety through group therapy, neurotherapy and psychotherapy.

Depression is a disorder that cause negative feelings, thoughts and in some cases, a decrease in activity. Symptoms include but are not limited to feelings of sadness and hopelessness, loss of interest or suicidal thoughts. Substance Abuse

Substance abuse occurs when an individual becomes reliant on a drug or alcohol. We treat substance abuse through detox, co-occurring disorder treatment, intensive outpatient regimens and sober living activities.

The goal of pain management is to ease the suffering and improve the quality of life of those who suffer from chronic pain and illness. Our services for pain management range from mindful yoga and acupuncture to neurotherapy and medication management.

PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) involves difficulty in carrying out daily activities due to involvement in a horrific event. Symptoms of PTSD can involve severe anxiety or flashbacks of a terrifying event, sometimes while out in normal public settings. Our healing process for PTSD includes consultations from a certified trauma specialist or a VA experienced therapist, equine therapy or medication management.

Trauma is consistent psychological suffering triggered by a deeply impacting or disturbing experience. We assist individuals in healing from trauma through the implementation of acupuncture, neurotherapy, group therapy and EDMR consultations with a certified trauma specialist.

An eating disorder can be described as any disorder or suffering caused by unstable eating patterns that can cause both physical and emotional damage. Treatment for eating disorders include consultations with a registered dietitian, psychotherapy, group therapy and art therapy.

Anger Management

Anger management is key in dealing with intense anger and re-directing it toward a positive, productive outcome. We implement anger management through psychotherapy, equine therapy, group therapy and neurotherapy.

Self harm involves purposely harming oneself physically, sometimes through cutting, burning or other self-inflicted physical damage. The treatment we offer for self harm involves psychotherapy, medication management and group therapy.

When experiencing a divorce, it’s very common to struggle with sentiments of anger, grief and guilt.We offer those who are struggling with divorce neurotherapy, psychotherapy and support groups.

Grief is a severe feeling of sadness due to an impacting event such as the death of a loved one, involvement in a debilitating injury or a negative change in job stability or income. Our grief management services include group therapy, equine therapy and psychotherapy.

Bipolar disorder is a mental condition in which a person undergoes an extreme shifts in mood and attitude, ranging from sensations of euphoria to outbursts of severe anger or depression. Our treatment for bipolar disorder involves medication management, psychotherapy and participation in mood disorder groups.
